Your order will be despatched from the UK within 7 days of an order being received,
your card will be charged as soon as you submit your order.

Shipping Duration and Costs
UK & Eire: Up to 14 Days. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £1.99.
Western Europe: Up to 21 Days. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £3.99.
Eastern Europe: Up to 6 weeks. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £3.99.
North America: Up to 7 weeks. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £7.99.
South America, Africa and Asia: Up to 8 weeks. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £7.99.
Australasia: Up to 13 weeks. Orders over £12.98 FREE, orders under £12.99 – £7.99.

Returns
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and should notify us in writing
or by email at shop@talksport.co.uk within 7 days if the goods are damaged.

If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, you should return the goods within 28 days of delivery.

You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. You have the right, in addition to your other rights,
to cancel the order and receive a refund by returning the goods within 28 days of receipt at your expense
in the original packaging and should adequately insure the package.

You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any)
except for return postal charges.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number inside the package.

T-Shirt
Please follow the returns procedure ensuring that all labels are still attached.
If on return, we find the item to be either worn or soiled, we will not refund the goods
and will send them back to you at your expense.

Privacy Policy
We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We won't give your e-mail address to anyone else.
